Encompassing eight major theme areas, the Scientific Sessions Meeting Planning Committee has assembled a program featuring more than 180 sessions and over 1,000 original research presentations—all presented live in New Orleans—covering the hottest topics, trials, and trends in diabetes research, prevention, and care.

“We’ve put together an incredibly rich program with everything you have come to expect from the world’s largest scientific meeting focused on the management and care of the millions of people worldwide living with diabetes,” said Dana Dabelea, MD, PhD, Chair of the 82nd Scientific Sessions Meeting Planning Committee.

Each day of the meeting will include up to 14 concurrent sessions presented live in New Orleans at any given time, as well as four concurrent livestreams of featured presentations for those unable to attend the meeting in person. The rest of the program will be available on demand for both in-person and virtual attendees following the live presentations.
