What is your presentation about?
The efficacy, safety, and cost of sulfonylureas for the management of type 2 diabetes.

How do you hope your presentation will impact diabetes research or care?
Clinicians will better understand the appropriate role for sulfonylureas in the modern management of type 2 diabetes, including the profile of patients most likely to benefit from sulfonylurea therapy.

How did you become involved with this area of diabetes research or care?
As a student and proponent of evidence-based medicine, I have carefully examined the benefits, risks, and costs of alternative therapies for type 2 diabetes to reach my conclusions.

Extend your learning on the latest advances in diabetes research, prevention, and care after the 85th Scientific Sessions conclude. From June 25–August 25, registered participants will have on-demand access to presentations recorded in Chicago via the meeting website.
