What is your presentation about?

The inauguration of the first diabetes center in Saudi Arabia and outside the United States that obtained ERP from ADA, and how the collaboration between the Diaserv Diabetes Center in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and ADA in the United States created a wonderful overseas relationship in the domain of diabetes management, bringing the most beautiful exchange between a local new venture and international experience.

How do you hope your presentation will impact diabetes research or care?

My presentation will enhance other countries to bring the international experience to their practice through such collaboration and recognition and hence improve the care for people with diabetes.

How did you become involved with this area of diabetes research or care?

I have a good relations with the expertise in ADA and with Joslin Diabetes Center since 2016, from which we started to build a new horizon in our relationship by obtaining the ERP from ADA.
