San Francisco International Airport (SFO) is 16 miles south of downtown and is approximately a 20- to 30-minute drive (depending on traffic) from downtown.
Oakland International Airport (OAK) is 18 miles east of downtown and is approximately a 30- to 40-minute drive (depending on traffic) from downtown.
Taxis from downtown to SFO are approximately $45 to $65 one way. Taxis from downtown to OAK are approximately $70 to $80 one way.
