Program overview

Join a highly interactive, engaging symposium featuring interactive audience questions that focus on the heterogeneous nature of obesity and its link with other comorbid conditions, with discussion from expert faculty.

The program will consider obesity as a multifactorial disease that requires continual advances in care to improve weight and cardiometabolic outcomes. Faculty will review novel treatment pathways that take into consideration the biology of obesity and the role of the liver and other metabolic organs in obesity. Expert-led, knowledge-driven presentations will answer questions around the complex pathophysiological pathways involved in obesity, discuss the need for newer therapies, and focus on clinical data supporting a role for new and emerging agents to improve broader metabolic outcomes in people with obesity.
