Meeting hours
The meeting will begin at 11:30 a.m. Friday, June 7, and conclude at 11:45 a.m. Tuesday, June 11. View the daily schedules.
What’s included with your registration
Your registration fee includes access to all sessions listed under the Program Schedule and access to the Exhibit Hall and Poster Hall. It also provides you with access to a Networking Reception on Friday evening.
Dress code: Business casual—Wear RED on Sunday, June 9
The ADA encourages participants to dress comfortably in business casual attire. The temperature in meeting rooms will vary, so we suggest you bring a sweater or light jacket. And don’t forget to wear red on Sunday to show your support of the ADA and our mission to prevent and cure diabetes, and to improve the lives of all people affected by diabetes.

Transportation between hotels and the convention center
Shuttle buses will operate between official meeting hotels and the Moscone Center (except those hotels that are within walking distance). Please refer to the Travel and Transportation page under “ADA Shuttle Bus Transportation” for more information.
Parking near the convention center
There is limited parking near the Moscone Center. Please refer to the Travel and Transportation page and select “Parking at the Moscone Center” for more information.
Session webcasts
You can purchase webcasts when you register for the Scientific Sessions or on-site at the ShopDiabetes Store. Those that register as Professional Members will receive complimentary online access to the webcasts. The webcasts will be available for access after the meeting.
Food and refreshments
There are food and beverage options available at kiosks in the Moscone Center, including concession stands in the Exhibit Hall. Meals are not included with your registration, but full meeting registrants receive a $10 voucher to use for lunch at one of the kiosks in the Exhibit Hall. Please note, the ADA is not always able to choose the type of food that gets served at these outlets/concession stands.
Privacy rooms
Rooms have been set aside for use by women traveling with a pump or those needing a few minutes of privacy. There will be receptionists outside the rooms to give attendees access.
